Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take on a leadership role?

We are seeking to appoint passionate and dedicated Nursery Leader to join our inclusive and thriving early years team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education while creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for the children in your care.

  • Have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, with strong leadership and organisational skills?
  • Have a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and a genuine vision and passion for supporting children’s development?
  • Have a kind and nurturing approach?
  • Aim to be a reflective practitioner who is keen to grow and develop their pedagogy?
  • Have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, or equivalent?
  • Have high expectations for both yourself and the children, with an understanding of educating the whole child through a creative and play-based curriculum?
  • Possess the organisational and leadership qualities to lead the running of the Nursery?
  • Have high levels of empathy, a knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and how to support all children's individual needs?
  • Have a desire to inspire, motivate and make a real difference?
  • Hold the belief that all children can achieve their full potential?
