Thrive Childcare is hiring a Nursery Housekeeper at Happitots Glasgow Airport to keep the nursery clean, safe and welcoming. The role is Monday to Friday, 5.30pm-9pm, 17.5 hours per week, at £12.90 per hour. You will be part of a busy nursery team and support a positive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitising all areas, maintaining outdoor spaces, and delivering friendly service to parents and colleagues. Thrive values safety, teamwork and care.

About The Role:

As a Nursery Housekeeper, your primary role is to keep the nursery neat, clean, and in an orderly condition. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing, cleaning, and sanitising all areas of the nursery. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the nursery’s outdoor areas, such as the gardens and walkways. In addition, you should be able to provide excellent customer service to parents and colleagues alike.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively. You should also be able to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
