Job summary

Happitots Nursery Inverkip (Maternity Cover) in Inverkip is seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver high-quality childcare. The role is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £34,000–£34,300 per annum.

Essential criteria include a relevant BA Childhood Practice Management or Level 9 qualification (or progress towards management qualifications) and at least 2 years of Deputy/Operational experience with children aged 0–5.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant BA Childhood Practice Management or Level 9 qualification relevant to Early Years, or be able to work towards a Management qualification with SVQ3 or HNC qualifications in place.
• At least 2 years Deputy / Operational experience with children aged 0-5.

Responsibilities

• Over-see the day-to-day operation of the nursery to the highest standards.
• Provide high quality childcare to the local community.
• Ensure Thrive standards are consistently implemented across the nursery.
