We are seeking a passionate and driven Nursery/EYFS Leader for a 'Good' graded 2-Form Entry Primary School in Ealing, West London, starting in September. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the Middle Management team, leading and supporting Nursery and Reception teachers to raise attainment and standards in the Early Years phase.

Role Details:

• Nursery/EYFS Leader with TLR
• Lead and raise attainment within the EYFS team
• Create engaging, playful, and creative lessons
• Provide support and guidance for pupils and staff
• Start: September, Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Ealing, Inner London
• Salary: MPS4 – UPS3 plus TLR (£4,554)

Candidate Requirements:

• UK QTS essential
• Strong leadership and teaching confidence
• Deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Team player with a supportive approach
• Good understanding of Teaching Standards
• Strong academic record (GCSEs, A Levels, Degree)
• Previous 'Good' or 'Outstanding' lesson observations
