Job Title: Nursery Deputy Manager

Join our team at Riverside Nurseries as a Nursery Deputy Manager. This role is suitable for individuals with experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager, Nursery Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner with management experience.

Qualifications:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience
  • Minimum 3 years' nursery experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted guidance
  • Practical experience in implementing quality learning opportunities
  • Knowledge of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion
  • Experience as a key worker for children and families
  • Ability to observe, assess, and report on children's behaviour
