Job summary

Kindred Nurseries in London is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our caring nursery team. You will support children through play, learning and daily routines, helping deliver engaging activities and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

• Support the nursery team to provide a warm, welcoming and home-from-home environment for every child.

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support children's daily routines, helping them feel happy, safe and secure.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming nursery environment.
• Observe and celebrate children's achievements, supporting their learning and development.
• Follow Kindred's policies and procedures, promoting safeguarding, health and safety at all times.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions and nursery events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education.
