Job summary

Partou Willowdene Day Nursery & Pre-school in Widnes is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a permanent contract. You will ensure engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS, lead a small team, maintain a safe environment, and foster strong family partnerships. A £32,198 salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus is offered.

About The Role

Partou Willowdene Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
