Job summary

Partou is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager for the Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham. This full-time role (40 hours per week) supports the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting and high-quality learning under the EYFS framework.

You will lead a team, safeguard children, and foster strong partnerships with families while driving continuous improvement through Partou Academy training and staff development.

Salary £32.032 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
