Job summary

Partou UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager for Partou Woodlands Halton Day Nursery & Pre-school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers a salary of £31,532 per year and supports the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy in running the setting.

You will lead a team, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families to support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuing professional development

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager to run the setting smoothly.
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all children and families.
• Build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues to support development.
