The Worcester Park Day Nursery, part of the Family First Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our friendly team in Worcester Park. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week and a salary of up to £36,524 per year depending on experience, plus 75% off nursery fees for staff.

Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential. Our caring team delivers high-quality early years education in a stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a childcare setting.
• Experience managing a nursery or team in early years.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all children, staff, parents and visitors at all times.
• Lead and manage the nursery to maintain high-quality care and education.
• Oversee administration of medication and care plans.
• Promote outstanding practice through effective staff development.
