Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery Deputy Manager located in North London. The Nursery Deputy Manager will be responsible for daily operations, overseeing nursery staff, managing the nursery environment, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children. The role includes supporting the Nursery Manager with, compliance with safeguarding regulations, developing partnerships with parents and carers, and maintaining high standards of childcare.

Qualifications

• Skills in Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children
• Experience in Nursery and Nursery Management
• Ability to lead and support a team
• Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education
• Knowledge of Montessori methods is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in London
