Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une crèche.
• 1 an d'expérience en leadership.
• Connaissance des normes EYFS et Ofsted.

South of Leicester city, our clients are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day-to-day running of their busy setting. Salary is c£30k plus great benefits with this Provider.

Requirements

Ideally, you will have:

• A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• At least 3 years' previous experience working in a Day Nursery
• At least 1 year of leading and supporting teams
• The ability to inspire, energise, and support others
• A genuine passion and excitement to work with children and help others learn
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
