As our Nursery Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the daily running of the nursery, working alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure that every child receives exceptional care, attention, and learning opportunities. You will help support and guide the team, maintain a high standard of safeguarding practices, and foster an environment where children feel secure, confident, and inspired to explore. You will take pride in being hands-on, leading by example and contributing to a warm, inclusive setting.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days, depending on your preference. Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 per year
