The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge seeks an experienced Curriculum Room Leader to design and implement an EYFS-aligned curriculum. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration.

• Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development.
• Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships.
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Salary: Up to £33,500 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Your Role

As a Curriculum Room Leader, you will:

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting’s curriculum intent
