RAFAKidz Nursery at RAF Cranwell (Sleaford) is seeking a Nursery Chef. The role requires a Level 3 food hygiene qualification and involves planning, preparing and serving nutritious meals for children, with attention to dietary needs.

You will also manage kitchen stock and ensure high hygiene standards in a 40-hour-per-week role, with salary of £29,723 per year and benefits through RAFAKidz.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include the?planning, preparation and serving of age appropriate,?nutritious?and?well-balanced?meals and snacks catering for the children's individual?dietary?requirements?and food allergies.

• ordering, control, storage and rotation of kitchen stock and ensuring that you and Kitchen Assistants?ensure hygiene and?cleanliness?within the kitchen is of the highest standard in accordance with?Environmental?Health?requirements?and legislation.

Requirements

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in food hygiene is an essential requirement along with?excellent knowledge of current legislations in Environmental Health and Food Standards Agency
