Job summary

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Rushden, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring Nursery Assistant to support and inspire children daily. The role offers flexible working and career progression within a supportive team.

Salary (£12.71 per hour / £26,436 per annum) and enhanced family benefits are provided, including pension contributions, sick pay from day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant with a focus on child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Prepare and supervise activities under guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners.
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for the children.
• Read, understand and implement all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors and colleagues.
• Attend staff and planning meetings and undertake training as required.

What you will be doing

Supervise and support children at all times

Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
