Grandir UK Limited in Milton Keynes is hiring a Nursery Practitioner for the Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Caldecotte. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12pm-6pm, with a focus on caring for and supporting children.

You will promote high standards of care, support EYFS practices, and contribute to a positive team environment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.71–£13.60) with regular pay reviews and strong progression opportunities.

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Caldecotteis looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Hours of work: To work Mon-Fri (12pm-6pm) = 30 hours per week

What will you be doing

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practiceand provision in the nurserymeets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
