Job summary

Vale View Nursery is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. The role is 32.5 hours per week, Term Time only, with responsibilities across the EYFS setting and daily activities for young children.

You will support learning, safeguarding, and development in a nursery environment, require Level 3 qualification, and GCSE Maths or willingness to achieve within 2 years. A caring, organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS curriculum.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
• Experience within an EYFS setting.
• GCSE Maths or equivalent qualification, willing to achieve within 2 years.

What a Nursery Assistant needs:
