Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for a permanent role, working 2 days per week at a nursery in Central York. You will support children across the setting, delivering engaging activities aligned with EYFS and helping maintain a safe, caring environment.

The successful candidate will bring EYFS expertise, a caring and enthusiastic approach, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support young children’s development.

About the Role

We are looking to appoint a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis, working 2 days per week. The successful practitioner will support children throughout the nursery, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework while helping to maintain a safe, caring and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
