Job Description
We are seeking a warm and reliable Nursery Assistant to join a vibrant early years setting in Wythall. This full-time role is ideal for someone who brings a blend of childcare knowledge, patience, and positivity to support children's development from their earliest stages.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery room and routines
Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes learning through play
Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Observe and monitor children s progress and help with their personal care needs
Work in partnership with parents and the wider team to promote children's welfare
Required Experience
Level 2 or higher qualification in Childcare or Early Years
Experience working in an EYFS setting
An understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
