• Experience with children, ideally in a nursery setting.

What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

• Meet each child's individual needs, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
