Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is recruiting on behalf of a private nursery in Southend-on-Sea for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. You will join a warm, supportive team and contribute to high‑quality early years care and education in line with EYFS.

The role offers 4 days per week with full‑time hours and flexible start/finish times for the right candidate, plus the possibility of a permanent position if the placement goes well.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in a nursery or childcare setting preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for helping young children learn and grow.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic private nursery in Southend-on-Sea, seeking a dedicated practitioner who is committed to providing outstanding care and early years education to young children.

The Role

• Working within a friendly and passionate nursery team

• Creating engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
