Grandir UK Limited invites applications for a Nursery Assistant at Dicky Birds, Brighton Road Day Nursery in Surbiton. You will supervise and support children, plan activities, and contribute to a welcoming environment under guidance from Level 3 qualified practitioners.

Brighton Road Day Nursery in Surbiton is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

About Our Nursery

Brighton Road is a b eautiful newly refurbished nursery set amongst 2 buildings in a lovely area of Surbiton.

We have outdoor space for all ages to use daily.

At Brighton Road we offer Extracurricular activities such as Early Years P.E, Tribal Football/Teddy Tennis and Billingual Beats. Our Pre-school children go and visit the local residential home monthly, where they partake in activities, have stories and sing songs, giving back to the local community.

Brighton Road had their Eco- School Accreditation and the children all give back by litter picking, holding toy/clothes sales, planting fruit and vegetable and recycling, making us more sustainable and lowering our Carbon Footprint.

We hold regular Stay and Play sessions, parents evening and Summer and Winter parties. We have a yearly Sports Day with our Pre-school children.

Once our little ones fly the nest and move onto their next adventure, we celebrate with their own Graduation Ceremony.

What you will be doing

Supervise and support children at all times

Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners

Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children
