Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd in Otley is looking for a Nursery Assistant to support children across all age groups and daily routines in a welcoming setting. TeacherActive is proud to be working with a small nursery in Otley that provides a welcoming environment with excellent facilities for children to learn, play and develop. The setting is looking for a hardworking Nursery Assistant who is keen to build their experience and progress within Early Years.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will work with children of all ages, supporting daily routines, activities and learning while helping to maintain a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Experience or a strong interest in working within an Early Years setting
• A willingness to develop their Early Years knowledge and skills
• Confidence supporting children across different age groups
• A hardworking and enthusiastic approach
• A caring and patient nature
• The ability to work effectively as part of a nursery team
