TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a private day nursery in Leicester (LE4). The role runs full-time, 8am–5pm, on-site, contract basis, and involves planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to support development within the EYFS framework.

Salary ranges from £14.25 to £15.50 per hour. Benefits include 24/7 onboarding support, CPD courses, market-leading pay, and a referral scheme. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are part of the process.

Qualificações

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery based in Leicester, LE4, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Practitioner. The nursery is seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual who can support children's learning and development while helping to maintain a safe, positive and stimulating environment.

The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner on a full-time, long-term cover basis from ASAP, working 8am to 5pm. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS, planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, promoting children's development, following safeguarding procedures and working closely with the nursery team to provide high-quality childcare.

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
• Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
• Confidence supporting children's learning, development and daily care routines
• A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills
