Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join nurseries in Chippenham. You will support various rooms and age groups, delivering EYFS-aligned activities and daily routines.

The role is flexible, part-time day-to-day cover with immediate start, on-site in Chippenham, temporary position. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years is required and prior nursery experience is preferred.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with Nurseries in Chippenham to recruit a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner. The nurseries provide a welcoming and stimulating Early Years environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop their confidence and reach their full potential.

TeacherActive is looking to take on a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for flexible, part-time day-to-day cover, supporting different rooms and age groups depending on the needs of the setting. The successful Nursery Practitioner will help deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS, support daily routines and ensure children receive high-quality care and attention throughout the day.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• Confidence supporting children across different nursery rooms and age groups
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude
