Academics is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse/Assistant for a Primary school Nursery Class in Wandsworth, London. The role is term-time only for the 2026/27 year with potential extension, starting September or October.

You will work with the class teacher, deliver EYFS activities, and support progress monitoring in a busy school environment with excellent transport links across London.

Qualifications

Academic are currently working with this fantastic Primary school in the borough of Wandsworth to appoint a Nursery Assistant to join their team. This Primary school benefits from excellent local transport links including easily accessible over ground and underground train station making the commute easy across London.

As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant you will be required to work alongside the class teacher to deliver high quality lessons, supporting in class and leading small group and one to one sessions. You will need a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be confident doing observations, recording pupils progress and creating a safe and secure learning environment.
