Job summary

The Evolve Group is recruiting Unqualified Nursery Educators to work across a range of nursery settings in Chertsey and surrounding areas. Roles offer £13-£15 per hour with industry-leading pay rates and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 3+ months in childcare, two childcare references, a clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and a caring, enthusiastic attitude toward supporting children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months’ experience working in a childcare or nursery setting (essential).
• Two previous work or volunteering references from within a childcare setting.
• A clear Enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to obtain a new Enhanced DBS through Enhance (we’ll cover the cost!).
• A caring, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
