Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Nursery Assistant for roles in Brighouse and surrounding areas. This temporary position offers an immediate start and pays £12-£14 per hour.

You will support children across daily routines, encourage learning through play, and help to create a positive, inclusive environment for every child, aligned with the EYFS framework and working closely with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Six months of childcare experience required.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Willingness to support across different age groups as needed.

We are looking to appoint Nursery Assistants on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across the nursery's assisting with daily routines, encouraging learning through play and helping to create a positive and inclusive environment for every child.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• A minimum of six months' experience working within a childcare setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• A willingness to support across different age groups where required
