Job summary

Parenta in Westerham is seeking a Nursery Apprentice to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience with children aged 0–5 while training for a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts from 7:45am to 6:00pm, and you will receive full training and support, including a dedicated personal tutor, with no college attendance required as training happens at the workplace.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to complete Functional Skills.
• Access to a laptop/computer with internet access.
• To have lived in the UK for at least 3 years for apprenticeship funding eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning and development.
• Helping with mealtimes, play, and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with children and families.
