Job summary

Parenta is offering a Nursery Apprentice role in Winterborne Stickland where you will learn on the job while earning £8.00 per hour. The position runs full-time, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours weekly and shifts from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

You will work with children aged 0–5, gain practical experience, and work towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Training is delivered at the workplace with full support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for working with children and a caring approach.
• Ability to learn on the job with support from mentors.
• Willingness to complete required maths/english qualifications as part of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.
• Assist with planning engaging activities and daily routines.
• Support children's learning, mealtimes, play and progression observations.
