Job summary

Parenta is hiring a Nursery Apprentice in Penshurst to work 8am-4pm or 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, as an Apprenticeship. You will learn on the job while earning £8.00 per hour and pursuing a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

The role offers hands-on experience with children aged 0–5, with full training and support, a dedicated tutor, and progression opportunities within childcare and education.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to complete Functional Skills alongside the course.
• Access to a laptop/computer with internet access.
• To have lived in the UK for at least 3 years for apprenticeship funding eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan fun and engaging activities for children.
• Support children's learning and development.
• Help with mealtimes, play and daily routines.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
