Exemplar Health Care's Brook View in Fazakerley, Liverpool, is seeking a Unit Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to lead a nursing team on your designated unit, delivering high-quality care for residents with complex needs. You will oversee clinical elements, manage medication processes, and drive improvements while supporting staff development and ensuring care plans reflect individual interventions.
A first-level nursing registration (NMC PIN) and management experience are essential.
Qualifications
- First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
- Post-registration and management or supervisory experience or training.
- This role suits a Registered Nurse progressing into management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the unit’s care and nursing teams to meet residents' medical, physical and emotional needs.
- Provide strong clinical leadership to maintain high standards of care and drive improvements.
- Oversee unit clinical elements and risks, ensure timely care plans and risk assessments.
- Act as Named Nurse for residents and oversee care plans and updates.
- Supervise medication ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal.
