Job summary

Exemplar Health Care seeks a Unit Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) at Brook View in Fazakerley, Liverpool. You will lead a nursing team, ensure high standards of care, and manage clinical risks on your unit with strong leadership and autonomous decision-making.

As a Registered Nurse with post-registration leadership experience, you will oversee care plans, risk assessments, and medication management, while supporting staff development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in care home supervision/management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit care and nursing teams to meet residents' medical, physical and emotional needs.
• Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards of care and drive improvement.
• Oversee clinical elements and risks, care plans and risk assessments, and update as needed.
• Act as Named Nurse for residents with oversight of care profiles; manage medication processes.
