Job description

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic and values-driven Adult Community Nursing Leadership Team within East Dunbartonshire HSCP. As a Nurse Team Leader, you will support the Senior Nurse Manager in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred Adult Nursing services, using a quality improvement approach with a specific focus on the District Nursing service. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide strong clinical and professional leadership and contribute to the continued development of high-quality community nursing services

All roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.

Duration, Location, and Working Pattern:

• This is a permanent post, working full-time hours (36)
• The post is 36 hours per week, worked over 5 shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Based within East Dunbartonshire HSCP, supporting Adult Community Nursing services with a specific focus on District Nursing.

Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:
