Job summary

Meallmore in Daviot, near Inverness, is seeking a Nurse Team Lead to provide clinical leadership in a personalised care setting. You will coordinate and deliver clinical care, mentor staff, and uphold values-driven approach while supporting residents' dignity and individuality.

We require RGN/RMN/RLDN, NMC registration, care home experience, and strong leadership and communication. The role offers 40.25 hours per week, £23.11 per hour, plus benefits including Wagestream, pension, 30 days leave

• Care Home experience is essential.

We are looking for a compassionate and confident professional with proven experience working within a care home setting. The ideal will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, enabling them to support, guide, and inspire the team. You will be warmly welcomed into our team and empowered to deliver clinical leadership and oversight across the home. In this pivotal role you will coordinate and deliver the clinical aspects of an evidence based, personalised approach to care, whilst maintaining our values driven approach.

Skills and requirements:

• Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN)
• Care Home experience is essential
