Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead at The Manor in Edinburgh. The role commands £26.00 per hour and oversees 74 nursing, dementia and residential care residents across The Manor Home.

As a clinical lead you will drive high standards of care, lead and mentor a care team, and partner with families and external professionals to personalise care plans.

Formación

• Qualified nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Proven clinical leadership experience in a care setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
