Windmill Lodge Care Home in Brixton, London is seeking a Nurse Qualified Care Manager to work closely with the Home Manager and an established team to drive clinical excellence. The role offers a salary of £62,752 per annum and a 45-hour week from Monday to Sunday.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with active PIN.
• Experience in nursing/care home settings for older people is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership on clinical excellence.
• Coordinate and coach staff to ensure effective nursing and care services are provided, with continuous quality improvement.
• Share on-call management rota weekends and evenings with the Home Manager.
• Monitor and record clinical outcomes to ensure resident wellbeing.
