Job summary

Compass Associates are working in partnership with a reputable care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for a nursing service in Dundee. The role requires strong leadership to deliver visible improvements and stability in a challenging environment.

You will be accountable for the service's operational and clinical performance, setting high standards and embedding robust systems. A track record of turnaround in elderly care and a nursing qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as a RN/RMN/RNLD is essential.
• Experience delivering improvement in elderly nursing care.
• Knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements and Scottish legislation.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead, motivate and develop management and care teams.
• Drive improvements in care quality, governance and compliance.
• Manage safeguarding, risk and regulatory processes.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, occupancy and KPIs.
