Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd. is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our on-site team at Stones End, Evenwood.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care, build therapeutic relationships with residents and ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed to meet evolving needs. The role requires an RN qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing and holistic care based on individual care needs
• Building strong therapeutic relationships with residents
• Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans
• Regularly reviewing and reassessing care to meet changing needs
• Reviewing and managing residents’ medication
• Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records
• Keeping treatment rooms and clinical areas clean, organised and safe
• Working effectively with the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care and nursing documentation
• Following NMC standards, the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice
• Following all company policies and procedures

About the Role

Are you a qualified Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing excellent, person-centred care?

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care, building positive relationships with residents and ensuring their individual care needs are met.

You will be responsible for:
