Job summary

Empowering U Healthcare is seeking caring, reliable Support Workers for a female client in Lichfield with MS and mental health needs. You will provide personal care, mobility support, medication administration, and companionship. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will drive to appointments and activities.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:00pm, with competitive pay and ongoing training. Candidates should have at least 6 months in care, strong communication, and a compassionate, patient

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' care or support experience.
• Experience with complex physical needs or neurological conditions desirable.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and catheter care.
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers.
• Administer medications per care plan.
• Support with appointments, community access, and daily living tasks.
• Promote independence, dignity and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the care team.
• Follow safeguarding health and safety policies.
