The ideal candidate is a qualified nurse with an active NMC pin and proven experience managing a large home, with strong leadership, financial stewardship and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience managing a large care home.
• Good knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Motivate the team to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage day-to-day running of the service with 24-hour responsibility.
• Oversee resources and financial performance while maintaining occupancy.
• Ensure improvement, independence and choice for service users.
• Comply with regulatory and legislative requirements (CQC and NMC).
