CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager for a high-quality care home in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. The role requires a qualified nurse with an active NMC pin and proven experience running a large care home.

You will lead clinical and non-clinical teams, ensure compliance with CQC and NMC guidelines, drive occupancy and financial performance, and develop person-centred care.
