Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an inspiring clinical leader, a nurse or midwife on the NMC register, to join the Professional and Practice Development Team. The role focuses on improving patient experience, whistleblowing processes and the development of the Nursing and Midwifery workforce across the organisation.

You will work collaboratively to drive quality improvement, governance and complex change, using person-centred, rights-based approaches, with 36 hours per week and office

Qualifications

• Degree educated nurse or midwife registered with the NMC.
• Post-registration learning and education evidenced.
• Master’s level education or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
• Track record in quality improvement, governance and leading complex change.
