Job summary

Darcy House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, in Matlock, Derbyshire, is recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care across Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Palliative and Nursing needs. The role covers 36-44 hours per week with alternate weekends, in a supportive, professional environment that recognises and develops clinical leadership.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications, monitor health, and lead shifts

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required to practice as an RN.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in care home settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the care team to deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, and administer medications.
• Monitor health changes and maintain accurate documentation.
