Job summary

White House Care Home in Letchworth Garden City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our clinically led team, delivering high-quality care across Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia services for 50 residents. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and lead shifts, guiding the team to maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing.

This role offers funded development and realistic progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial; open to diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in health.
• Lead shifts, support and guide the care team and make informed clinical decisions.
• Maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
