Job summary

NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is seeking an experienced CETR/CTR & DSR Lead to drive the delivery of essential care reviews and dynamic support registers across Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. The role focuses on improving outcomes for people with a learning disability and autism, ensuring person-centred care and timely discharge from inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Nurse Registration or professional registration is required.
• Masters level qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience at an appropriate band/level.
• One or more project management qualifications (PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, P3O, APM RPP, etc.).
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.
• Member of a relevant professional body.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CTRs, CETRs and Dynamic Support Registers meet NHS England requirements.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders on policy and best practice.
• Coordinate CTR and CETR activities across South Yorkshire.
• Oversee quality, governance and performance of the DSR programme.
• Develop relationships with local authorities, NHS providers and VCSE organisations.
• Produce reports and assurance papers for committees and regional colleagues.
• Lead audits and service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure robust governance across the programme.
