Job summary

FCMS in South Yorkshire seeks a senior leader to translate strategy into safe, effective delivery across multiple sites, with accountability for clinical governance, quality, and performance.

You will manage the business unit budget, contracts, and workforce planning, lead service transformation, and act as the organisation's senior representative with partners within the South Yorkshire health and care system.

Qualifications

• Degree-level leadership qualification or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• CQC registered Manager registration responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FCMS business unit across South Yorkshire with strategy-to-delivery accountability.
• Ensure quality, safety and effectiveness of clinical services via governance and escalation.
• Own and manage the business unit budget, forecast and recovery actions.
• Meet national standards, contract obligations, KPIs and quality measures.
• Lead workforce planning and organisational development.
