Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Cromer is recruiting a Band 6 nurse to lead the North Norfolk Macmillan centre at Cromer Hospital, covering outpatients, day surgery and the chemotherapy unit.

You will provide multi-specialty clinical leadership, support the Band 7, and develop cancer services while delivering direct patient care and chemo. Experience in cancer care and chemotherapy administration is desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with current registration and substantial cancer care experience.
• Able to lead a multi-disciplinary team and provide clinical leadership.
• Chemo administration experience is desirable.
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care and NHS values.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership within the North Norfolk Macmillan centre.
• Support the Band 7 and cover site leadership in the absence of the Matron.
• Lead service development and expansion of cancer care provision at Cromer Hospital.
• Deliver direct patient care and act as a role model for the clinical team.
