Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a Nursing Home role focused on dementia and complex care in the UK. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical governance and delivering high-quality resident care with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

You’ll be responsible for medication administration, care planning, and mentoring staff, while collaborating with GPs and MDTs to ensure safe, effective care across shifts.

Qualifications

• UK NMC-recognised nursing qualification.
• Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and care plans.
• Lead shifts as Nurse in Charge ensuring safe staffing.
• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to residents.
• Maintain safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance standards.
• Liaise with GPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Prepare MDT reports to support outcomes and care plans.
• Mentor junior staff to develop skills and safe practice.
• Support residents with dementia, complex needs and long-term conditions.
